Notice
The amount sent to Italy All Year must be the exact amount requested.
Any charges incurred for transfer or currency exchange should
be paid by the sender at the sender's bank. In the case where
deductions are made for transfer charges, the visitor will be
requested to pay the difference upon arrival.

Once
you have selected a property and have received confirmation from Italy
All year that it is available, you will need to make a booking reservation.
- The
booking reservation is 50% or € 450 of
the total amount for the rental period, which ever is the greatest.
If the total amount for the period of your stay is not greater
than € 450, then the full rental amount will be due. View examples
on how to book.
- The
balance of the amount for the rental period will be due upon your
arrival at the accommodation.
- Bookings
received less than 60 days before the start of the rental period must
be paid in FULL.
- For
June, July and August, the booking reservation is the FULL amount.
Payments
can be made either by direct bank transfer
or via Western Union. Please notify Italy
All Year before sending payments.
Cancellations
In
the event of cancellations Italy All Year regrets that it is unable
to return the booking reservation fee.
